Our quality assurance(QA) system
Quicerwater has established a perfect quality assurance (QA) system to ensure that the quality of our products is under our full procedure control, including raw material purchasing, production process monitoring and finished product testing --- we have carried out a detailed monitoring through the whole process.
1. Raw materials purchasing. We have stringent Quality Assurance system for our products, including quality inspection and quality control, production quantity capacity, security and stability of the equipment, safe production, and so on.
2. Production process monitoring. We have carried out a detailed analysis of the whole production process, and established the test index and standards of the production links which is important to the ending quality. This ensures the products meet the quality standard in the production process. According to sample of online products, we record the results, remain sample.
3. Finished testing. We carry out final product quality inspection on each batch, in accordance with national or international standards of the products, record the results, and remain sample for a post-check.
4. Device authentication and security certification.
