Properties

QC-945 pigment dispersant is a highly-effective polycarboxylic acid dispersant supplied at 45% solids in the sodium form. It is recommended for use in water-based paintings and coatings formulations where it provides a wide range of performance and formulation benefits.

QC-945 pigment dispersant provides excellent heat age and viscosity stability. It is very low foaming and is very efficient in dispersing mineral slurries.

USE CHARACTERISTIC

1. QC-945 pigment dispersant has high dispersing performance in widely fields, low manufacture cost, no necessary to add any other auxiliary dispersant in grinding process.

2. QC-945 pigment dispersant has stable viscosity: The viscosity of paint is very stable after add QC-945 pigment dispersant. After heating aging test, the viscosity is still no change.

3. QC-945 pigment dispersant has excellent luster maintaining performance, maintain good luster after thermal aging.

4. QC-945 pigment dispersant has low-foaming: There is little bubble when during the manufacture and applying processes after add QC-945 pigment dispersant.

Package and Storage

200L in plastic barrel. Storage for ten months in room shady and dry place.

Wear protective clothing as necessary to minimize contact. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Remove contaminated clothing.
