Properties
QC-5040 pigment dispersant is a highly-effective polycarboxylic acid dispersant supplied at 40% solids in the sodium form. It has the best on the use in water-based paintings and coatings formulations where it provides a wide range of performance and formulation benefits.
QC-5040 pigment dispersant provides excellent heat age and viscosity stability. It is very low foaming and is very efficient in dispersing mineral slurries.
QC-5040 pigment dispersant low mill base viscosity for efficient dispersion. QC-5040 pigment dispersant has high dispersing performance in widely fields; it can used in the system with kaolin, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, TiO2, lithopone, and talcum powder.

USE CHARACTERISTIC
1. QC-5040 pigment dispersant has high dispersing performance in widely fields, low manufacture cost, no necessary to add any other auxiliary dispersant in grinding process.
2.QC-5040 pigment dispersant has stable viscosity: The viscosity of paint is very stable after add QC-5040 pigment dispersant. After heating aging test at 50℃ for more than one month, the viscosity is still no change.
3. QC-5040 pigment dispersant has excellent luster maintaining performance, maintain good luster after thermal aging.
4. QC-5040 pigment dispersant has low-foaming: There is little bubble when during the manufacture and applying processes after add QC-5040 pigment dispersant.
5. QC-5040 pigment dispersant can improve the color mixing process. It is also suitable for the inorganic color pigments.
6. QC-5040 pigment dispersant has good swab resistance
7. Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% according to the total pigment (solid weight). Dissolved in the water at first, stirred sufficiently, and then put the pigment into the solution.

Package and Storage
200L in plastic barrel. Storage for ten months in room shady and dry place.
Safety and Protection
Wear protective clothing as necessary to minimize contact. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Remove contaminated clothing.
